Welcome to my sewing room :)

My name is Melanie and I'm a sewing enthusiast from Berlin.

I'm in love with everything retro. The glourious styles from past eras is one of my greatest love in life. In my everyday life I'm mixing this love for vintage with my personal touch.

I started sewing in 2004, when my interest for historical clothes arised. I was lurking through the centuries and I still love historically clothing. My personal style is inspired by the late 40s, but I also do stop in the 50s and early 60s sometimes. I love the fact, that I can recreate a piece of history with the help of patterns and my sewing machine(s).
