Puh, ich habe eine weitere Etappe auf dem Weg zum Arwenkleid zurück gelegt. Die Ärmel sind fertig gesäumt, per Hand. Heute habe ich sie gleich mal angenäht und bin mit dem Zwischenstand des Kleides sehr zufrieden. Da es sich ergeben hat, dass das Kleid anfang Mai bereits fertig sein soll, da es schon zur RPC in Köln getragen wird, muss ich mich mit dem Rest etwas sputen. Ich muss nun noch den Kleidersaum ebenfalls per Hand nähen und den Gürtel noch fertig machen. Den zugehörigen Umhang spare ich mir aber noch auf, den brauch ich im Mai nicht unbedingt und ganz nebenbei nähe ich noch ein Jedi-Kostüm...auch bis Mai!! Zum Glück ist bald Ostern, da wird genäht bis die Nadeln glühen ;) So, nun aber mal wieder ein aktuelles Bild, es ist echt schwer die richtige Farbe hin zubekommen, aber es gibt einen Eindruck. Well, I made a next step with the rose gown. I’ve finished the sleeves, all sewn by hand. I really like the result so far. I will wear this dress for the first time for the RPC in May. I have to finish the belt and the hem all around the dress by hand. It’s not much time till May, so I have to hurry up a bit. I have to do a Jedi costume by the way. Fortunately we have a long weekend to come, because it’s Easter next week. Here are some pics of the dress, the color is so difficult to catch.

Sieht irgendwie schon so fertig aus, was fehlt da jetzt noch?
Es fehlt noch der ganze vordere Saum am Kleid und der Gürtel braucht noch einen Verschluß hinten.
