I am in sewing heaven!!

Heute kamen endlich meine heiß erwarteten Päckchen an, alle auf einmal!! Genial, wie Nähweihnachten ;) Zum einen Gertie's Buch, Gertie's Schnitte und ein Kleiderschnitt von Colette.

Today my long expected packages arrived!! All in one, it was like sewing-X-mas ;) I got Gertie's book, Gertie's pattern and a dress pattern from Colette.

Gertie's Buch ist wie erwartet genial. Eine Schatzkiste an Nähtechniken, süß und unterhaltsam geschrieben. Zudem ist es super schön illustriert, die einzelnen Kapitel, sowie die Nähanleitungen.
Die Schnitte sind ebenfalls toll, schön gegliedert in einfachere Sachen am Anfang, bis hin zu komplizierteren Schnitten wie ein Shirtkleid oder ein Mantelkleid. Die Schnitte befinden sich in einem extra Umschlag, gedruckt auf festem Papier. Ich bin wirklich begeistert, ich hoffe dass ich bald mit dem ersten Projekt daraus starten kann.

The book is as brilliant as I expected. A treasury full of sewing techniques, written in a cute and funny style. I love the illustrations, the chapters, as well as the sewing instructions. 
The pattern are nice, really good structure from easy to advanced. The pattern are stored in an envelope, printed on sturdy paper. I hope I can start a project very soon.

Zu den Schnitten kann ich natürlich nicht nicht soviel sagen, diese schreien danach ausprobiert zu werden!!! 

I can't say much about the pattern, I have to try them out!!!

Eins noch zum Colette-schnitt: Dies ist mein erster Schnitt von Colette und ich bin begeistert von der Aufmachung. Ich mag es ja, wenn das Gesamtpaket stimmt. Der Schnitt kommt in einem Pappumschlag, in den eine Art Booklet eingenäht ist, mit der Nähanleitung, einem Nähwortschatz zum Nachschlagen und dem Schnitt. Mehr dazu, wenn es ans Nähen geht :)

On last word about the Colette pattern: This is my first pattern from Colette and I really like the design. I like it, when the whole package works together. The pattern comes in an envelope, in which the booklet with the instructions is sewn in, there is also a sewing glossar and the pattern, of course.
I will say more about it, when I make the dress :)
